• Three envelopes containing three sterile swabs each.
• Collection procedures
• Return Envelope

*The disclaimer document must be signed buy all Personal Paternity Service clients. This serves to remind you that the data from this service cannot be used legally as the collection of the samples have not followed the court required chain of custody documentation. No analysis will be carried out on these samples unless this document is signed.
